Dalton Physiotherapy accepts a range of funding types. Find out what applies to you and what you need to bring to your appointment.
No referral needed. Book directly online or by email. Private fees apply — check with your private health insurer for rebate eligibility.
Ask your GP for a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement. This entitles you to up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year under Medicare. A gap fee may apply.
Lodge your claim with your employer first. Obtain a certificate of capacity from your GP. Bring your claim number and certificate to your first appointment. No out-of-pocket cost for approved claims.
Gold and White Card holders may be eligible for fully funded physiotherapy. A GP referral is required. Contact us before booking to confirm your entitlements.
If your extras cover includes physiotherapy, you may receive a rebate. Rebate amounts vary by fund and policy. Check your level of cover before your appointment.
